Chris Sohar is in a class of her own. She outperforms all other realtors we have worked with. We met our Realtor back in 2007 when we first decided to make the big move from our money guzzling apartment to a house. Our initial meeting with this Realtor at good old Tim Horton's showed us everything we had to look forward to in our upcoming house hunting adventure. Our enthusiastic Realtor met us with hugs and a smile reassuring us that our investment is safe in her hands, every time we went out in the city to find our "perfect starter home." With amazing guidance we bought our first home. Our family grew over a few years and the hunt was about to begin again. Our Realtor met with us to reassure us that our timing would be great with the market, a couple times of course as this was a big decision. Throughout our first house sale, we put our Realtor to the test due to silly offers and offers falling through. But, we continued to see a great big smile, receive lots of hugs, and see many houses. Chris & Les Sohar were a true gift to our house buying experience!
My husband and I were very inexperienced about the world of house buying as we searched for our first home.
Chris and Les were so friendly and helpful as they guided us through the process!!
We had already set up to see a couple houses without a realtor when we were introduced to Chris and Les.
We asked if they could meet us that evening and Les showed up within hours of asking for their services!
We went through a few houses as he helped to point out the positives and flaws, both respecting our opinions and appreciating the significance of this sizeable decision.
We quickly fell in love with one of the houses we walked through. Aware that if we wanted to become serious about the prospect of the house we knew we would have to move quickly. The next day Les was available to help get us another showing. That night we decided to put in an offer and Les was able to calm our nerves, give advice on the offer, and go to bat for us with competing offers.
Without Les as our realtor we would not have been able to buy our house with the same quick ease that their services created knowing we could trust his experience!

RE: Les Sohar
During the 2010 Florida Realtors Convention, I had the opportunity to hear Les Sohar speak at the FR Global Forum session as the Canadian Panelist participant. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the Canadian Buyer and overcoming their objections to purchasing in the U.S. As Chairperson for the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors International Council, I took it upon myself to introduce myself to Les at that meeting and invited him to the Emerald Coast to speak to our Council members.
In January 2011, Les came to the Emerald Coast of Florida to share a Wealth of Knowledge with our Council members and local Realtors on the Canadian Buyer. He was also our Guest at our Canadian/Snowbird Reception held by our Global Council the following day. I can’t say enough about his professionalism, knowledge and most of all his ability to communicate successfully with his attendees. His presentation was full of valuable information, he was able to answer questions confidently and he added a bit of Canadian humor to make the class fun and relaxed as well!
I would highly recommend Les Sohar to anyone looking for a great Canadian Speaker that will follow through with exactly what need him to do!
